Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Safee governing your access to the Safee platform, websites, applications, and related services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Safee is a business management platform providing tools for accounting, human resources, payroll, engagement management, document management, and related operations. The Service may include third-party integrations such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind any organization you register.
• Protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.

• Paid subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• We may change fees with 30 days' notice, and non-payment may result in suspension.

You may not use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms Safee or others.

• Do not transmit malicious code, disrupt the Service, or seek unauthorized access.
• Do not reverse engineer the Service, send spam, impersonate others, or infringe their rights.
• Do not use unauthorized automated means to access the Service.

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant Safee a limited license to store, process, and use it solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data and for having the rights needed to provide it. You may export your data during your subscription and for a reasonable period after termination.

Optional integrations are governed by their providers' terms and privacy policies. Safee is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, or content.

The Service, its design, features, code, and content—excluding your data—belong to Safee and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Safee's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify Safee and its personnel against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

You may cancel through your account settings. Safee may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms and will identify material changes by posting the revised version and date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Safee is incorporated.
